How to Use:

  1. Lubricate: Start by washing your hands and lubricating your chosen exerciser with Just Like Me.
  2. Insert the Exerciser: Slowly insert the exerciser into the vagina, past the pelvic muscles, ensuring the cord remains outside for easy removal.
  3. Start Your Routine:
    • Squeeze your pelvic floor muscles.
    • Hold for 1-10 seconds.
    • Relax your muscles completely.

Repeat: Perform 10-15 reps in each set, followed by a 1-minute rest. Complete 3 sets for a full workout.

Exercise Routine for Beginners

  • Set 1: Perform 8-10 reps.
  • Rest: Take a 1-minute break.
  • Set 2: Complete your second set.

Tips
